Welcome to TimeWill (hereinafter "the Service"). The Service is provided by Haikou Meilan Qipin Network Technology Co.
1. Service Description
The Service provides the following features: scheduled email delivery, heartbeat detection, password vault, and digital estate planning. Users can access these features through the web client.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide an email address or phone number to register an account. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and verification codes. Any data loss caused by account compromise is borne by the user.
3. Paid Services
The Service offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans include Premium (¥99/$29/year) and Lifetime (¥299/$89). You may request a full refund within 30 days of payment by emailing qipin0307@gmail.com with your order number and reason; we will process it within 3 business days. Refunds are not available for Lifetime plans after 30 days, or after high-value features have been used (heartbeat detection, password vault, end-to-end encrypted letters, will PDF export).
4. Data Security
Letter content stored by users can optionally be end-to-end encrypted; the server cannot read the plaintext. The password vault uses AES-256-GCM encryption. Users are responsible for backing up their own important data.
5. Data Export and Deletion Rights
Users can export all personal data from the dashboard settings page, or request account deletion. After account deletion, there is a 30-day grace period, after which data is permanently removed.
6. Heartbeat Detection
The heartbeat detection feature is an optional auxiliary function that users enable voluntarily. The Service is not liable for data release or notifications triggered by a user's failure to check in on time.
7. Disclaimer
Important: The digital time capsule feature provided by the Service is solely an information storage and transmission tool, and has no legal effect and is not a will in the legal sense. To make a legally binding will, please consult a professional lawyer and follow the formalities prescribed by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.
The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of absolute data security, and assumes no liability for any damages caused by data leakage, loss, or misdelivery.
